Report Two: Exploring

[For the past few weeks Meryl has mostly kept to herself, still trying to understand everything that was going on and trying to get used to all the green everywhere. Today you can find her in a few places. 

 

A. In the park you can find a woman practising her shooting. She's got a few tin cans set up on some rocks and taking aim at them with the gun she got from Nina. She's a very good shot. 

B. In the flower store. She's buying some random flowers for the house. They look nice alright? Even if she doesn't seem like the sort of person who'd like flowers. 

 

C. Looking at the pool in the rec center....you ...can swim in water? Isn't that a waste?]

"You're what? Like.. 20 something? Not 17, right? Phew, that'd be so totally weird if you were 17. You aren't 17, right?"

[Meryl is just getting an incredulous look on her face.]

"Ah! So you're not 17! Awesome! So yeah, prom? Going? Looking for a date? You should totally go with me. I'll rock your world. Well.. Your universe, actually. Just trying to be modest, ya' know?"

And if I was going. I'm not going with some random person who just ran over and asked me out of the blue. I don't even know who you are!

[Oops. Some how Scott has passed out on the ground, face first. This is like the tenth time today. He doesn't deal so well with rejection..]

What are you doing?

[The rejection that has built up through out the entire week has culminated in the ultimate defeat of Scott. He's out, but for how long?]

[She puts her gun and fires into the air. That wake you up?]

I said get up!

[Scott's body jerks slightly, but alas, there is no effect!]

[Nope. Not kidding. At least he's breathing this time around. His heart stopped when Miku turned him down.]

[Okay well he's breathing. That's good. She'll just go back to shooting at cans then. She's not sure what to do and she doesn't want to just leave him there.]

[After a good while, he'll stir back to life. Reaching up and wiping the haze from his eyes, Scott looks around in a puzzled manner.]

"Wah.. What happened?"

[Reloading her gun.]
